Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

THREATHUNTER TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD offers a standard Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR Article 28, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, Module 2), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA), and Singapore PDPA cross-border-transfer obligations.

The DPA is not publicly downloadable; it is sent on request after a brief eligibility check. To receive a copy:

  1. Email privacy@threathunter.com with subject "DPA Request — [Your Company Name]".
  2. Include your company name, the name of your data-protection / legal contact, and the rough scale of expected processing (number of users, data categories, jurisdictions). One sentence each is sufficient.
  3. We send back the signed PDF template within 2 business days. Custom modifications negotiated from there.

Why is the DPA not directly downloadable? — The DPA references customer-specific processing details (data categories, jurisdictions) that need to be filled in jointly. Sending after a one-line request avoids the back-and-forth of a half-blank template circulating.
