This website is operated by THREATHUNTER TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD, which is responsible for information you actively submit through the website.

Information we receive

When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, business email, phone number, target market, area of interest and inquiry details. The website submits this information securely to the authorized Threat Hunter business team.

To identify duplicate submissions, protect the service from abuse and preserve the meaning of the entry path, the system also records the internal source path and uses keyed, irreversible digests for the access IP and normalized work email. The original access IP is not stored in the website lead database.

First-party website analytics

We use self-hosted, first-party analytics to understand whether public pages are useful, whether research is read and whether inquiry paths work. Events can include anonymous sessions, page paths and types, reading time and depth, predefined button interactions, report-download intent and inquiry-form progress.

The analytics session identifier is kept only in the current browser tab and is regenerated after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not store the original IP, full referrer URL, search terms, form content or a complete browser fingerprint in the analytics database. Browser analytics is not sent when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.

How we use the information

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration or trial, support a proof of concept and continue business communication where appropriate.

Retention

Website leads successfully delivered to the business team are retained in the website lead database for 7 days; pending or failed records are retained for 30 days and then removed by a scheduled process. Subsequent business correspondence follows internal customer-communication requirements.

Detailed anonymous analytics events are retained for 90 days. Aggregated statistics by date and predefined dimensions are retained for approximately 24 months. Test automation, search engines and authenticated administration traffic are excluded.

Protection and sharing

We use access control, encryption in transit, idempotent submission, rate limits and redacted logs. Information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers necessary to operate the website and respond to the inquiry, and is not sold to third parties.
